Specialist Care Categories

Our objective is to provide a 24/7 home care service which recognises the core value of people, regardless of circumstance, by respecting their unique personal care needs, help them to live independently and most importantly, treating them with respect, dignity whilst protecting their privacy.

Dementia

Dementia is a collection of symptoms that affect aspects of daily life over time. Our professionals use specialist communication, behavioural skills and routine to ensure that identity is maintained and dignity is preserved.

Domestic Services/Home Help

We offer professional and friendly assistance with daily tasks, including cleaning, companionship, and escorting to GP appointments, community centers, and hospitals. Our services are designed to help older adults live independently for as long as possible.

Elderly Care

This involves a dedicated carer coming into your home to provide full-time support. We match carers on their personality, interests, and skills, older people can enjoy companionship while keeping the routines, hobbies, and lives they love.

Mental Health Condition

Our focus is on providing treatment for those with complex and enduring mental health conditions

Palliative Care

We believe that people who are approaching the end of their life are entitled to high-quality care, wherever they’re being cared for. Our aim is to be closely involved in providing care during this time.

Personal Hygiene Care

We provide encouragement to maintain good hygiene practices.  This includes cleaning themselves regularly, hand washing, washing hair, maintaining good oral health and promoting independance. 

Physical Disability

We provide personal support, including grooming, hygiene, mobility, bathing, toileting, dressing and undressing, getting up and going to bed including health monitoring in both mental and physical health.

Treatment of disease, disorder or injury

We provide care for emergency treatments, ongoing treatment for long-term conditions and treatment for a physical or mental health condition or learning disability.

 

Learning disabilities

We provide support for young adults and adults with learning disabilities, including those with autism, physical disabilities and complex needs. Support is provided in residential and supported living services and through outreach domiciliary care.
